About "SATORI"
SATORI Spa is a modern wellness and beauty space created to redefine the traditional spa experience. While the brand already had recognition as a relaxing spa destination, the goal of this redesign was to communicate that SATORI offers much more than massages and relaxation. The new identity introduces SATORI as a complete self-care and aesthetic center, where clients can access advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, deep facial cleansing, manicure, pedicure and other specialized beauty procedures.

Outcome
The redesign process began with a discovery phase focused on understanding SATORI Spa, its services, and the vision behind the brand. Through client forms, conversations, and questionnaires, we explored how the owners wanted the spa to be perceived and what emotions they wanted clients to experience
Once the foundations were established, the next step was conducting research and benchmarking within the wellness and luxury beauty industry. This phase analyzed how premium spas and aesthetic clinics communicate their services, technology, and customer experience. Through this process, we identified opportunity areas for SATORI to better showcase the advanced services and professional technology they already provide
During the research stage, one major challenge became clear: the existing visual identity was creating confusion among users. Many people perceived the logo and overall aesthetic as representing a yoga or meditation space rather than a luxury spa and aesthetic center.
Once the visual identity was defined, the focus expanded toward storytelling and digital presence. The strategy shifted from posting static promotional content to creating a brand narrative that communicates luxury, trust, innovation, and transformation. Through social media direction and content recommendations, the goal became educating users about the services, technology, and experience SATORI offers.
This stage is highly collaborative. The client reviews the proposals, provides feedback, and together we refine the direction through adjustments and iterations. The first proposal is rarely the final one, so this process helps shape a stronger and more intentional identity.
The final redesign positions SATORI Spa as more than a traditional spa. It introduces the brand as a modern wellness and aesthetic destination that combines relaxation, advanced beauty treatments, and cutting-edge technology within a sophisticated and luxurious experience. The new identity reflects professionalism, calmness, innovation, and trust
